Sanction of Building Plan with revisions

           The building plan for the proposed project was applied for by the Developer to the Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality under the appropriate provisions of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 in the prescribed manner.

            The Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality granted the sanctions of the building plans in the following manner:

1. On the 22^nd May, 2002 the plan was sanctioned vide Sanction No. 1710 / 2000-01 dated 22^nd May, 2001;
2. Pursuant to application made by the Developer the said Municipality granted sanction of revision of the aforesaid plan on the 14^th January, 2002 by allowing increase in the height of the proposed buildings.
3. The sanction so granted by the said Municipality is valid and subsisting.
4. Copy of the Sanctioned Building Plan is included herein at Appendix VII.
