The land owners having entered into the said development agreements with the Developer are entitled to obtain delivery of the owners’ allocation in terms thereof upon completion of construction or prior thereto, as may be offered by the Developer.

             The land owners are obliged to grant convey sell transfer assure and assign unto and in favour of the buyers of apartments being nominees of the Developer the undivided proportionate variable impartible share in the right title and interest in the land belonging thereunto. The construction of the buildings being made by the Developer, it shall join with the owners in such conveyances to convey the right in the constructed property.

 The land owners have also granted the absolute and irrevocable power and authority in favour of the Developer to grant such conveyances for and on behalf of the land owners which remains concurrent.
